History

  • 3 Sept Not started → In progress – Substantially built and deployed before the roadmap existed. V4__outbox.sql applied, plus per-server cursors, the LISTEN/NOTIFY doorbell, the realtime push socket, rank-change events and server heartbeat. Outstanding: outbox pruning is F6 not E4, so what remains here is proving every surface really is interchangeable end to end.
