Tickets move to the website. The Discord bot relays: /report in game opens a ticket, the player is notified of staff replies in game and on Discord, with a link to the site. In-game notification suppresses the Discord one by default, with a setting to get both. Players can reply from in game (text only) or Discord (images and everything else).

Appeals are a ticket type, openable on the site or Discord; non-ban punishments can also be handled in game.
